Here’s a mod from CrazyBloodwing called the Nether Cows Mod. This
mod adds cows into the nether. I do not believe they actually spawn
when the world generates, as you have to get the eggs from Ghasts at a
twnety five percent rate, and from Zombie Pigmen at a five percent rate.
